Exercising penis to promote growth
All penis enlargement exercises, with the exception of the Kegels, require a proper warm-up. The only reason why Kegels don't require a warm-up is because they don't exercise the actual penis but rather the pelvic floor muscles.There are various different forms of warming up methods and they are all effective in their own way and it is important to try different methods and choose the one that fits you best.
Moist Heating Pads
A lot of guys prefer using moist heating pads to warm-up the penis for various reasons. Moist heating pads are cheap and can easily be bought in any department store.
Rice Socks
If you are looking for an inexpensive and convenient way to do warm-ups then a rice sock would be the perfect choice because all you need are a few items in your household. There are really three things you need for the rice sock method and they are a sock, some uncooked rice and a microwave.
What you do is choose one ordinary sock and fill the sock with 1-2 cups of rice (uncooked). After that you need to tie the sock tightly while leaving enough room so you can easily wrap the sock around your manhood. Then you put the sock filled with uncooked rice into the microwave and heat it for 45-90 seconds. The temperature should be comfortable. The idea is not to burn yourself and ideal the temperature should be warmer than your body temperature.
The warm washcloth method
If you don't have a microwave or just don't want to bother with it then you can just use a warm washcloth to warm up your penis. It is the most convenient method because all you need is a washcloth and some warm water. The only problem is that the washcloth tends to cool down quite rapidly and you might need to reheat the washcloth a few times. But basically you just take a washcloth and rinse it under warm tap water and wrap it around your penis for 5-10 minutes.
